As you can imagine, there are hundreds of schools in the West and all over Ireland. We cannot possibly organise a Debs Ball for every interested party. We only take on a limited number of school committees to work with so we can ensure we may give you the attention and dedication you deserve.

Early booking is vital so that we can begin working with you immediately to create the night of your lives!

Simply fill out our online application form and submit it to us here at www.debsplanner.com providing the names of all committee members (4 maximum) and indicating one representative for us to contact directly. We will arrange to meet with the committee in person, at your convenience, as soon as possible. The earlier everything is booked and confirmed, the sooner you can relax and concentrate on the year ahead stress free (regarding the Debs night at least!).

PLEASE NOTE: If you are interested in appearing on our forthcoming T.V. Documentary following L.C. students during their preparation for the Debs, please complete the following application form below/attached:

Please write a brief note on why you would like to appear on our TV show, what you would bring to it to interest viewers etc. Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible and will then meet with our producers/director before commencing filming.

Terms and conditions:
By law, alcohol may only be served to patrons over 18 years of age. Identification cards will be checked at venues. Only those students over 18 years of age will receive a stamp/wristbands enabling them to purchase alcohol.
Illegal substances banned from all aspects of the Debs night celebrations. Any person carrying/using/supplying drugs etc will be excluded from the Debs night party without refund.
We do not accept responsibility for damages sustained by either the bus companies or hotels as a result of anti-social behaviour on the night.
Debs Planner does not organise overnight hotel stays for students. Overnight stays are arranged individual students if desired and will result in forfeiting return transport arrangements.
No-one without an official ticket will be permitted entry to your special Debs Ball.
