Please fill out our online application form and submit it to us here at www.debsplanner.com providing the names of committee members (4-5 maximum) indicating one representative for us to contact directly. We will arrange to meet with the committee in person at your convenience as soon as possible. The earlier everything is booked and confirmed, the sooner you can relax and concentrate on the year ahead stress-free (regarding the Debs at least!)

Terms and conditions:
- By law, alcohol may only be served to patrons over 18 years of age. Identification cards will be checked at venues. Only those guests over 18 years of age will receive a stamp/wristbands enabling them to purchase alcohol.
- Illegal substances are banned from all aspects of the Debs night celebrations. Any person carrying/using/supplying illegal drugs etc will be excluded from the Debs night party without refund.
- We do not accept responsibility for damages incurred by either the bus companies or hotels as a result of anti-social behaviour on the night.
- Debs Planner does not organise overnight hotel stays for students. Overnight stays are arranged by individual students if desired and will result in forfeiting return transport arrangements.
- No-one without an official ticket will be permitted entry to your Debs Ball.
