Our research among past and present Final year students has strongly indicated to us that the inclusion of the traditional Band is an unwelcome extra expense. We were told that the last thing young people want on a fun night out is to watch “a few overweight, sweaty, geriatrics” hopping around the stage belting out old-fashioned country and western music! (the students’ words, not ours!). Additionally, Live Bands are generally very expensive to book. Why pay for extras which nobody wants in the first place? We are more than happy to eliminate this unwanted expense for the benefit of our customers - you!
The dates we choose for Debs nights celebrations normally fall mid-week i.e. Sunday-Thursday nights. We found during our negotiations with venues, entertainment etc that holding a Debs night mid-week resulted in significant savings. Weekend nights are drastically more expensive as regards room hire, booking DJs etc, thus resulting in another one of our cost-cutting measures - putting more money in your pocket with which to pamper yourself prior to the big night!
The tickets you receive are all-inclusive, covering return transfers to and from the chosen venue, a four-course meal, full-admittance, DJ hire, ticket printing costs, room hire, bar extension etc. There will be no extras commanded on the night for entrance fees and other modes of exploiting young people. With The Debs Planner, there are no hidden costs or nasty surprises so you can rest assured and enjoy peace of mind!
Ticket prices vary according to the wishes of each Debs committee. We offer some exciting optional extras such as professional photographer/videographer for your special night. Details can be discussed with individual Debs committees.

Professional photographer and/or videographer can be waiting at your venue upon your arrival.
Our photographer will take a photo of each couple entering. Your photos will be instantly uploaded onto a display wall inside the venue where you can view them and make a decision whether to purchase them or not. We wish to stress that you neither have to pay for the photographer nor the photo! You can even share your own pics on our bebo page and download any you want. We are delighted to provide an outlet for you and your friends to show off your poses!
Our videographer can capture your special night in a unique way and record those priceless memories!
